I am a Polish , Russian, Belarussian interpreter and translator based in London with extensive experience in Public Service Interpreting. I have a current Counter Terrorist Check issued by the Home Office.
Since 1993 I have been working as a freelance interpreter/translator within the Criminal Justice System. I have been providing my services for a number of various institutions including Crown Courts, Magistrates’ Courts, Police forces (including Metropolitan Police, BTP, Herts Constabulary, Thames Valley Police, Essex Police), Probation Services, HM Prison Services (including mental health assessments), Immigration Tribunals, Home Office,Immigration Enforcement, Border Force and a number of Criminal Defence Solicitors on numerous occasions.

My work in public service involves interpreting of police interviews and legal consultations, as well as criminal and civil court proceedings, transcribing and translation of legal documents such as witness statements, records of interviews, expert reports, Counsel Advice and legal letters. My work in various Crown Courts included trials, appeals, case management hearings . I cooperate with a number of smaller but honest agencies, including UK Language Solutions, RWS Translations, Prestige Network. I prefer private clients or governmental agencies or LEAs though.
I am a full member of the Polish Society of Sworn and Specialised Translators TEPIS, EULITA, FIT, IAPTI, Association of Forensic Linguists and Paralegal-Associate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
