Portuguese Interpreter in London
I came to live in the UK many years ago and I worked in the City of London for over 10 years in the private sector. In 2003 I decided to work locally and found employment with the Metropolitan Police. This is where I first heard of interpreters. I was quite fascinated by this and because I speak Portuguese I decided to train as a Portuguese interpreter. I qualified as a public service interpreter in English – Portuguese in 2006.
Since then I have been working for the health service, local authorities, schools, solicitors, Police and courts. I find the work interesting, rewarding and varied.
